Specifically, when you join the
Digital Customer Team
in
Milan
as a
CRM Junior Consultant
, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey. You will have the opportunity to work with new technologies, such as:
Generative AI, CRM design and development, Marketing Automation
.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Project and develop customized configurations on the biggest CRM suites, tailored to the client's needs, working with the low-code/no-code configuration and the most famous programming languages
• Collaborate to define new functional requirements for the suite, bringing an effective competitive advantage for the clients
• Follow the deployment of new releases, support the phases of testing and debugging, monitor pre- and post-transformation performance, and produce documentation about the improvements

Skills
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

• A Master's degree in Computer Science or related courses (Physics, etc..)
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C, C++, ecc…)
• Knowledge of SQL language for relational databases
• Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
• Familiarity with GenAI (topics definition, training engines)
