What you'll do
As a Technical Senior Consultant in SAP CX area, you'll join the team of experts in Southern Europe working directly with clients and partners, providing expert-level technical guidance and support. In this role, you'll act as part of a consulting team or as an individual contributor on projects involving product implementation, enhancement, integration, or audit/review activities.
You are expected to bring deep product expertise and real-world experience to help clients and partners unlock the full potential of SAP technology in achieving their strategic and business objectives.
Project complexity will range from straightforward to moderately complex, involving single or multiple products and diverse environments (SaaS, on-premise, web, application, microservices). Your work will primarily focus on delivering architectural design, technical development, and deployment services—spanning short-term consulting engagements to full life-cycle implementation projects. Duties may include on-site work at customer locations.

What you bring
Education & Experience
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT experience and pre- and post-sales delivery in complex application environments
Core Competencies
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Proactive and creative problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Technical Expertise
- Experience implementing/supporting large web-based applications and server-based systems
- Solid knowledge of software and web architectures
- SaaS microservice programming and functional consulting
- Familiarity with SaaS integrations, front-end technologies (AngularJS, React, NodeJS), and development with Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
- Exposure to SOAP & RESTful web services and application testing/management.
Languages
- Fluent English (verbal & written) plus strong proficiency in at least one additional language: Italian (preferable) and Spanish, Turkish, or Arabic.
Preferred Knowledge
- CRM and service automation software
- Marketing platforms
- CPQ or C4C experience
- SAP CDC (Gigya)
- SAP eCommerce/CRM multichannel commerce.
