Social Media Content Moderator (Italian/English) Onsite in Thessaloniki, Greece

About the Role
Are you fluent in Italian and English with a passion for social media? We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Working in a 24/7 project, youll help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing user-generated content around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, review, and moderate social media content to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Quickly identify and escalate inappropriate, offensive, or sensitive content.
  • Address reported content issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring user safety.
  • Maintain high accuracy and follow established processes in content moderation.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve moderation policies and provide feedback on platform guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle graphic and sensitive content with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in social media content moderation or a related role is a plus, but not required.
