JOB PURPOSE

The role supports the Beauty team in ensuring smooth channel operations and effective in-store execution. This includes coordinating product and promotional material flows, monitoring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines, and assisting in the organization of in-store events and training activities. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in channel analysis: sales, stock, internal presentations
  • Support in managing the supply flow with L'Oréal for sell-in products and promotional materials (testers, sampling): coordination of flows with subsidiaries and L'Oréal HQ
  • Support in monitoring stores' compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Support in organizing in-store activities (events, training): calendar coordination and operational support

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Ideally a previous experience within the fashion industry, is highly valued. Proven high proficiency in English is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Adobe Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key.
Degree in Management & Economics is a plus
