Si tratta di un ruolo ibrido che richiede di lavorare almeno tre giorni a settimana in ufficio.

Contiamo su di te per:

  • Sviluppo del business aziendale con nuovi clienti: conduzione di analisi del territorio e ricerche di mercato e "cold call" (primo contatto telefonico) a nuovi potenziali clienti "(prospect") per sviluppare proposte di vendita efficaci;
  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti e fungere da punto di contatto primario per le esigenze quotidiane;
  • Comprendere e supportare sulle mutevoli condizioni del mercato assicurativo e della gestione del rischio;
  • Organizzare incontri e meeting con clienti o con nuovi potenziali clienti, partecipare e organizzare eventi di settore, realizzre campagne commerciali ed iniziative formative
  • Attività di gestione dei clienti (definizione di procedure personalizzate di gestione, in base alle tipologie di rischio e alle particolari esigenze operative e logistiche)
  • Mantenere costanti aggiornamenti normativi e settoriali per garantire un servizio sempre conforme e aggiornato;
  • Organizzare incontri e meeting con clienti o con nuovi potenziali clienti, partecipare e organizzare eventi di settore, realizzare campagne commerciali ed iniziative formative

Requisiti:

  • Laureando/Laureato in discipline Economiche, Giuridiche, delle Scienze Politiche, Sociali o delle Relazioni Internazionali o affini;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) oltre che di quella italiana (C1);
  • Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici;
  • Interesse e curiosità per l'ambito della Pubblica Amministrazione, Sanità Pubblica e similari.
