What You Can Expect
- Build Supply Chain expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions
- Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on-time delivery and inventories
- Learn basics of S&OP and communication of the rolling forecast
- Learn about the management of goods receipts incl. prioritization
- Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship in close collaboration with the Lean teams
- Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers
Your ideal profile should include
- Master's degree in engineering or business administration
- Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach
- Initiative and strong communication skills
- Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
- Fluent in local language and English
- First-hand experience in project management is a plus
