Role Description
- Hardware & Software design for Honeywell C300 DCS System.
- Preparation of system Architecture
- Detailed Design specification document preparation.
- System, Marshalling, server, PDB, and network cabinets design.
- Hands-on experience with designing of Functional design documents, Hardware design documents, Graphics design documents, Heat load calculation, Controller loading calculations, IO assignment preparation, Wiring database preparation.
- Hands-on experience Honeywell EPKS system, Hardware configuration, CM development, SCM development, Point building, bulk build and bulk edit, and application development.
- Application development
- FAT procedure preparation
- SAT procedure preparation
- Graphics linking and troubleshooting
- Third party controller communication.
- QBD database preparation
- FAT, Loop checking & testing
- SAT, Loop checking & testing
- Site support & Commissioning
