As an SEO Specialist, you will utilize specialized skills to address complex assignments. Your role includes developing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing advanced on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance search visibility and drive organic traffic.

• Strategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the company's digital presence.

• Complex Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of website performance, search engine rankings, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Advanced Keyword Research: Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to inform and refine SEO strategies.

• Technical SEO Implementation: Lead the implementation of technical SEO changes, collaborating with web developers to ensure optimal website performance and crawlabiltiy.

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor key SEO metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve search engine rankings.

• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices and targets high-value keywords.

• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, and incorporate them into strategic plans and campaigns.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing

• Experience working with multi-location SEO at scale

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies

• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.h., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• A strategic mindset to develop innovative solutions and strategies for content and SEO.
