All'interno del nostro

imparerai a mettere le mani su molteplici tecnologie, conoscerai le complessità di una infrastruttura ICT performante ed imparerai come approcciarti alla risoluzione dei problemi tecnici.
Il tuo inserimento sarà accompagnato da un affiancamento continuo, pensato per farti crescere passo dopo passo e permetterti di acquisire autonomia, in un ambiente collaborativo e disponibile al supporto.
Cosa farai?
Farai parte del nostro team Service Desk, dove avrai la possibilità di:
- Supportare gli utenti nella risoluzione di richieste e problematiche tecniche (hardware, software, rete)
- Gestire ticket, attività di troubleshooting e configurazioni di base
- Collaborare con i nostri reparti IT, per garantire continuità operativa e migliorare i processi interni
- Imparare l'utilizzo di strumenti e tecnologie enterprise
Requisiti che apprezziamo
- Diploma di scuola media superiore, preferibilmente ad indirizzo informatico
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1 o superiori
- In possesso di Patente B
