The Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Community Assistant to support our marketing activity, with a
main focus on social media and customer communication
.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys social media, likes writing, and is comfortable communicating with people online. You will help support our social platforms, respond to messages and emails, and assist with the day-to-day flow of communication between Italjet and our global community.

You will work with an existing library of professional content and will be supported as you learn. Creative tasks such as photography or video are welcome additions but
not expected
. You will work alongside and report directly to the Marketing Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day activity on Italjet's social media channels
• Writing captions and short post text using provided content
• Helping plan and schedule posts
• Responding to social media messages and comments
• Replying to customer emails in a professional, clear, and friendly manner
• Supporting general customer communication and community engagement

Who This Role Is For

• No previous marketing or customer service experience required
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Strong understanding of the English language (written and spoken)
• Confidence writing clear, accurate, and professional messages in English
• Interest in motorcycles, scooters, culture, or fashion
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in photography or video is a bonus, not expected

Language Requirement

• As a global brand, the majority of our customer communication, social media, and internal marketing activity is conducted in English. A good working level of English is therefore essential for this role.
