If so, we invite you to join our team as a Warehouse Support Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing processes, systems, and customer requests with precision and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support for warehouse operations and internal stakeholders, handling complex inquiries with accuracy.
Ticket Management: Monitor and manage the customer request queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Compliance Oversight: Identify and report stock discrepancies or process irregularities, maintaining operational integrity.
Process Standards: Assist in creating, documenting, and controlling standards for warehouse procedures, systems, and workflows.
Team Coordination: Support the team in completing tasks successfully by ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
Customer Service: Deliver a high level of service, keeping customer needs at the center of all activities.
Warehouse: assist the warehouse team when needed by helping with tasks such as unpacking, organizing, and replenishing device inventory.
Location: Rho (Milan - hybrid)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of transformation into a permanent role)
Requirements:
C1 English
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and WMS (Microsoft Business Central would be an asset)
Advanced knowledge of warehouse organization, processes and systems
Hands-on experience in working with Service Now (SNOW) is a plus
Good commucation skills
Excellent organization skills
Eye-for-detail, well-organized, proactive
