We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Intern
to support the EMEA Marketing team in the preparation and rollout of the
Consumer CRM project
, planned to launch in 2026 across selected EMEA countries.
The intern will report directly to the
EMEA Consumer CRM Customer Experience Director
and will contribute to the
Marketing Segmentation and Contact Policy workstream
, working in close collaboration with cross-functional and local teams.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM, marketing planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance analysis within an international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition of quarterly marketing communication plans by consolidating inputs from internal stakeholders, including product teams, CRM program owners, and local marketing teams
- Assist in the preparation of briefs for marketing agencies and content factories, covering products, services, partner offers, sponsorships, and digital content needs (creation and transcreation)
- Conduct quality checks on marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, briefs, and strategic objectives
- Support KPI tracking and analysis to assess campaign and CRM performance
- Assist the EMEA Consumer CRM CX Director with program management activities, including stakeholder coordination, preparation of executive presentations, and roadmap development
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance measurement
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a structured and fast-paced, international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); prior exposure to CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
