Principali Responsabilità

  • Sviluppare la strategia di prodotto e definire business plan e campagne di marketing.
  • Gestire la parte tecnica e commerciale delle proprie linee di prodotto.
  • Relazionarsi direttamente con i fornitori esteri per strategie, prezzi e forecast.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico e applicativo ai clienti e alla forza vendita.
  • Collaborare con università, enti di ricerca e aziende farmaceutiche.
  • Partecipare a fiere, congressi e meeting internazionali e svolgere attività di formazione e presentazione (anche davanti a grandi platee).

Job Requirements
Requisiti Primari:

  • Laurea magistrale o PhD in: Biotecnologie (molecolari, industriali o farmaceutiche), Biologia molecolare / Biochimica, Chimica (indirizzo biochimico o analitico), Scienze farmaceutiche / CTF
  • 1-2 anni di esperienza nell'utilizzo di strumentazione scientifica oppure in ruoli di Product Specialist / Product Manager.
  • Provenienza preferenziale da: laboratori privati biotecnologici, dottorati svolti in laboratori biotech, start-up del settore
  • Conoscenza teorica delle tecniche biofisiche (calorimetriche, spettroscopiche).
  • Conoscenza teorica delle principali tecnologie di caratterizzazione di biomolecole o nanoparticelle, ad esempio: DLS, DSF, SPR, GCI, FPLC, UV-Vis
  • Focus su nanomedicina e biofisica.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Soft skills: capacità di presentazione in pubblico, attitudine a porre domande e chiedere chiarimenti, approccio proattivo alle nuove sfide, senza stress né presunzione.

Requisiti Secondari

  • Gradito PhD se il candidato ha lavorato su proteine, anticorpi o formulazioni oppure utilizzato tecniche biofisiche in ambito R&D.
