La figura
di Test & QA Speciali
st avrà un ruolo chiave nella governance delle attività di testing dei sistemi core aziendali. La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire la qualità e l'affidabilità delle soluzioni applicative attraverso la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e il monitoraggio delle attività di test, coordinando il lavoro di team esterni.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Garantire la governance delle attività di test, assicurando l'allineamento con gli standard e le metodologie aziendali;
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il lavoro dei consulenti esterni, verificando la qualità e la conformità delle attività svolte;
  • Pianificare test funzionali, di integrazione, di regressione e di accettazione utente (UAT).
  • Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione di test (piani, casi di test, report di avanzamento e di defect).

  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel testing di applicativi enterprise/core/canali digitali;
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di test management e defect tracking (es. Jira, HP ALM, TestRail);
  • Conoscenza dei principali framework di testing manuale e/o au
    tomatico
  • Certificazione ISTQB Foundat
    ion Level (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
