Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible of:Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.  Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.  Optimize inventory and process improvements.exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing)Intermediate experience in Materials Planning and ExecutionStrong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skillsDesired CharacteristicsAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyEffective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
