Job summary

La risorsa affiancherà il team legale nell'ambito delle attività di gestione contrattuale, contenzioso e supporto legale interno, con particolare focus su successioni, pignoramenti, sequestri, pegni e privacy. Lo stage offre un'opportunità formativa in una realtà di asset management, con supervisione di professionisti e contatto con studi legali esterni.

Responsabilità principali

  • Fornire supporto al team legale nella gestione di pratiche relative a successioni, pignoramenti, sequestri e pegni
  • Collaborare nella gestione del contenzioso societario e nella relazione con studi legali esterni
  • Redigere e aggiornare contratti di distribuzione dei prodotti offerti dall'azienda
  • Redigere contratti di gestione di portafogli per clientela istituzionale (es. fondi pensione negoziali e clientela corporate)
  • Redigere contratti di sponsorizzazione per eventi
  • Fornire pareri e supporto alle funzioni aziendali in materia di privacy
  • Curare l'archiviazione e la gestione dei contratti negli appositi tool

Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza in corso di completamento o conseguita da non oltre 2 anni

Experience

Esperienze pregresse in studi legali o in ambito corporate/finanza sono considerati un plus


Required skills
  • Conoscenza del diritto civile e commerciale (contrattualistica) e interesse per diritto bancario/finanziario
  • Nozioni di diritto della privacy
  • dimestichezza con l'interpretazione di policy e normative GDPR
  • Buone capacità redazionali e di analisi giuridica
  • Buona conoscenza di MS Office
  • Precisione, autonomia, attitudine al lavoro in team e ottime doti comunicative.
