La figura sarà coinvolta principalmente nel settore Raccolta fondi, in particolare nella gestione delle relazioni con i donatori (privati, aziende), nella gestione dei Salvadanai, nella creazione e gestione piccoli Eventi e nel supporto delle attività di gestione del database.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione dei Donatori: Supportare lo sviluppo e il mantenimento di relazioni con i donatori attraverso comunicazioni via email e telefono. Fornire assistenza ai donatori, gestendo le loro richieste e garantendo un servizio cortese ed efficace.
  • Database e Digital Management: gestione e aggiornamento puntuale e accurato del database dei donatori. Supporto al servizio Comunicazione attraverso l'uso di strumenti di gestione dei dati.
  • Creazione Eventi di Raccolta fondi e Supporto Campagne e Iniziative
  • Gestione Salvadanai: Gestione, svuotamento, registrazione incassi di Salvadanai già attivi e posizionamento di nuovi.
  • Gestione Mercatino: collaborazione nella gestione dei contatti per il Mercatino e ricerca di nuovi, supporto nella gestione dell'inventario di magazzino per il Mercatino, gestione database Mercatino.
  • Supporto attività di segreteria: copertura orario di apertura dell'ufficio, piccole commissioni

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €850,00 - €950,00 al mese

Istruzione:

  • Scuola Secondaria di II livello (Superiori) (Obbligatorio)

Esperienza:

  • Donor Care Fundraiser: 1 anno (Obbligatorio)
