Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team What you can expectThe Team Leader Inside Sales Hunting will manage,motivate, and support our team in Milano. Your role will be crucial in ensuringthe team's success and fostering a positive work environment. You will identifyopportunities for team development and drive continuous improvement. Byfostering a culture of open communication and accountability you will help yourteam reach high performance.Inparticular he/she will be responsible for:Overseeing team activities (customers inbound acquisition)Ensuring efficient workflow and managing workloadsMonitoring team KPIs and ensuring achievement of targetsDelivering support, training, and coaching for employeesParticipating in recruitment processesManaging team-related HR administrative tasks (e.g approval of holydays, leave…)Managing customer acquisition through inbound and outbound calls or emailsProviding prospects with information regarding DKV's products and servicesSupporting and facilitating the implementation of new processes or proceduresPreparing reports and performing data analysisWhat makes you stand outPreferably > 5 years of sales experienceAt least > 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong results orientationData driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)Empathetic and positive communicatorTeam management with motivational and empowerment approachGood knowledge of English (minimum B2)We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture Regardless of age, gender, origin and sexual identity and orientation.
