Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled
Demand and Service Provisioning Specialist
to join our team and play a critical role in contributing to the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of service delivery and provisioning processes within the Business Operations team. In this position, you'll work closely with internal Business, Technical, Engineering and IT Teams and external Distributors, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate
technical and operational activities
related to the activation, modification, and management of connectivity services. - Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure proper
service orchestration
and effective cross-functional communication. - Gather and formalize product requirements, supporting the
Product Management
team in service evolution initiatives. - Support service
governance activities
, ensuring alignment between business requirements and operational capabilities. - Contribute to the definition and implementation of
service delivery and provisioning workflows
, focusing on SLA, KPI, and process improvement.
What You'll Need:
- Preferred Master Degree in Business Management, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with some experience in telecommunications.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in delivery management and business operations activities.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, etc.).
- Experience or strong interest in Service Management and Provisioning Operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage processes and performance metrics (SLA/KPI).
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with an orientation toward results.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and with Service Management (e.g., Service Now) and Data Analytics (e.g., Tableau).
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar Service Governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel, if required.
