Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive digital-savvy intern to join our team and help drive the execution and maintenance of our agency's digital system enhancements. Gain valuable experience by being involved in the different stages of Digital Transformation Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment  

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exciting new enhancements and solutions on our agency's digital applications, documenting issues and collaborating on effective fixes.

Assist in creating clear and engaging documentation, communication materials, and user guides for our digital applications.

Support the preparation of insightful reports that inform our digital strategies.

Provide first-level support for inquiries related to the agency's digital applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Information Technology/ Computer Science, or any equivalent related field.

Eager to learn and make meaningful contributions to digital projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to tackle new challenges.Minimum internship duration of 3 months.

Proficient in using ChatGPT for tasks simplication
