TMC Italia is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to support assurance and compliance activities in the aerospace field throughout the entire software lifecycle.

We are looking for a **Software Quality Assurance Engineer** to be involved in programs within the aerospace sector. The candidate will be responsible for assurance activities throughout the entire software lifecycle, with a particular focus on compliance with project requirements and applicable standards. The candidate will be involved in the following activities: - Participation in the definition, updating, and application of Software Product Assurance plans and documentation - Monitoring software development and validation, both internally and at suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards - Supporting technical review activities of the software throughout the project lifecycle - Managing software non-conformities, supporting analysis and resolution activities - Contributing to the drafting of progress reports and assurance documentation

• Master's degree in Computer, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent disciplines
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and quality standards in the aerospace field (e.g., ECSS, DO-178C)
• Experience in Software Assurance, Quality, or development in safety-critical environments
• Knowledge of the V-model development lifecycle
• Skills in configuration management and static code analysis tools
• Analytical skills, precision, and process-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of the English language
