On behalf of our client, we are hiring front of house hospitality professionals from Italy to join premium dining concepts in Singapore, one of Asias most vibrant food capitals.

If you take pride in warm service, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences, this could be an opportunity to grow your career internationally while working in a safe, well-organised, and multicultural city.

What You Will Do

(Responsibilities vary by role and seniority)

  • Deliver attentive, warm, and professional service to guests

  • Create a welcoming front-of-house experience aligned with the restaurants service standards

  • Manage reservations, guest flow, and table seating (for host / hostess roles)

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Handle guest requests and resolve service issues calmly and professionally

  • Supervise and train service staff (for senior and management roles)

  • Uphold service quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation at all times

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or hotels

  • Strong service mindset and pride in guest experience

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different cultures

  • Open to relocating to Singapore for work

  • For supervisory or management roles: experience leading teams or running shifts

Italian candidates with international exposure or fine-dining experience are especially welcome.
