KPMG Fides Servizi di Amministrazione provides professional services for administrative, accounting and tax processes. It plays a key role in redesigning reporting models and harmonising management accounting processes.

As the Italian company of the KPMG network providing professional services for administrative, accounting and tax processes, KPMG Accounting supports leading Italian and international companies with administration, finance and control. It plays a key role in identifying potential opportunities, redesigning reporting models and harmonising management accounting processes. At KPMG, we aim to invest in young people to equip them with the solid skills they need to become trusted, reliable professionals. By joining one of KPMG's Accounting teams, you will work closely with leading companies, assisting them with an integrated compliance approach to administrative activities to translate the various legislative, regulatory and procedural requirements into accounting, tax and legal processes. 

We are recruiting junior staff members for our Milano office to carry out administrative/accounting activities for our clients. Successful candidates will be involved in the following activities:

ordinary accounting and financial reporting;support in the preparation of financial statements and the main tax requirements;checking compliance with statutory and tax requirements;analysis and management of administrative, accounting and tax processes.

The ideal candidate must have:

a degree in business subjects (graduate or nearing completion);preferably, accounting and financial statements experience;knowledge of Italian financial reporting standards and the IFRS;good knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);a good knowledge of English;excellent interpersonal and team working skills and a flexible and dynamic approach.
