Credit Recovery Specialist
We are hiring a
Credit Recovery Specialist
to join our Trade Finance team at our Nuvola HQ in Turin.

This is a
fixed-term contract for 12 months
, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will manage out-of-court recovery processes in line with Group Credit Policy, focusing on maximizing recovery and optimizing workflows.


What you'll do****

  • Manage out-of-court credit recovery cases in line with policies and regulations
  • Draft payment reminders and repayment plans
  • Handle disputes with defaulting clients and external legal advisors
  • Monitor payments and update case records in company systems
  • Prepare documentation for judicial recovery when required
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze data to track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Produce periodic reports for management


What you bring****

  • Degree or background in legal-economic disciplines
  • Knowledge of contract law, credit recovery processes, and sector regulations
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance and ability to read financial statements
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Solid PowerPoint skills for presentations and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and mediation abilities
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new digital tools and industry software
