Ruolo

Il Commissioning Engineer sarà responsabile della supervisione, della verifica e dell'avviamento degli impianti industriali, garantendo che tutti i sistemi e le attrezzature siano installati, testati e messi in funzione in conformità con le specifiche di progetto e gli standard di sicurezza. La missione è focalizzata sulle attività di
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning e Start-up (Avviamento)
, con una forte enfasi sull'Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica e di Automazione (EE&A).

Responsabilità Principali

  • Documentazione Tecnica:
    Lettura, interpretazione e verifica di documenti di piping (P&ID, isometrici, support book, ecc.) e di documenti E&I (diagrammi logici, schemi elettrici, diagrammi ad anello, schemi di collegamento strumenti, ecc.).
  • Pre-commissioning (P&C):
    Esecuzione e supervisione delle attività di pre-commissioning, inclusi controlli P&ID, soffiaggi, lavaggi, inertizzazione, ecc.
  • Commissioning:
    Esecuzione dei test funzionali (Loop and functional checks) e commissioning di apparecchiature rotanti.
  • Avviamento (Start-up):
    Supporto e partecipazione attiva alle attività di Avviamento degli impianti (es. ASU - Air Separation Unit, se applicabile).
  • Supervisione Elettrica:
    Supervisione elementare dei lavori elettrici in ambito Bassa Tensione (BT) / Alta Tensione (AT).
  • Reporting:
    Redazione e gestione della reportistica tecnica e dello stato avanzamento lavori.
  • Leadership e Autonomia:
    Guida e coordinamento delle attività di campo, operando con un elevato livello di autonomia nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali.
