This role is based in Barcelona

We are looking for 2–3 highly motivated Sales / Account Management Interns to support our commercial expansion with fashion brands in Italy and Spain.

You will work closely with the founding team and have direct exposure to senior decision-makers (C-level) at leading fashion brands. This role is ideal for candidates interested in consultative sales, client-facing work, and gaining hands-on experience in a startup environment with a strategy-consulting mindset.

Location: Barcelona (5 days in-office, with flexibility)

Duration: 6 months

Start: Start of January

Salary: EUR per month

We are a fast-growing fashion-tech startup helping brands improve profitability and sustainability by optimising returns management. Founded by ex-strategy consultants, we combine data-driven insights, technology, and a consultative approach to work closely with fashion brands at C-level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales and account management activities for fashion brands in Italy and Spain
  • Participate in client meetings and commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and analyses
  • Conduct market and client research to identify commercial opportunities
  • Support ongoing client relationships and help drive account growth
  • Work closely with the founders on strategic and commercial initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Students or recent graduates from top European universities (e.g. ESADE, Oxford, Bocconi, IE, etc.)
  • Fluent in Italian and/or Spanish (at least one required); strong English proficiency
  • Strong interest in consultative sales, account management, and client-facing roles
  • Motivated by an environment similar to a strategy consulting firm, with a clear ambition to move into the startup and tech ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and commercial skills
  • Highly proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
