Wheel and Brake Component Mechanic | Permanent | Italy

An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen with our client in Italy. If you're a certified component technician looking for stability, a great working environment, and excellent benefits, this could be the role for you.

Details:

  • Competitive salary
  • Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off, averaging over
    50 hours per week
  • Location
    : Italy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble, clean, blast, inspect/test, and assemble wheels, brakes, and substructure components.
  • Rectify defects found during inspections within your scope of authorization.
  • Certify work performed by others within your scope of authorization.
  • Provide training to new staff and trainees as required.
  • Distribute tasks to team members based on qualifications and workload.
  • Issue
    Project Release to Service
    and
    EASA FORM1
    for components within your scope.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience within the last 12 months in practical maintenance or equivalent experience at an approved maintenance organization.
  • Good working knowledge of
    English
    (spoken, reading, and writing).
  • ERP systems
    knowledge (AMOS experience is an advantage).
  • Ability to use maintenance data and sign-off job cards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Right to work in Europe
