Nell'ambito della Direzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, e in particolare all'interno della funzione Finance Digital Transformation, stiamo ricercando un/una tirocinante che si andrà ad occupare di promuovere la diffusione e la realizzazione dei progetti di trasformazione digitale nell'ambito dei processi dell'area CFO e verso il Gruppo Fincantieri.
Attività
Il profilo ideale lavorerà su progetti di trasformazione digitale nell'area CFO, contribuendo direttamente al successo del team e delle iniziative e, in particolare, si occuperà di:
- Collaborare con stakeholder interni per raccogliere requisiti utente e definire soluzioni tecnologiche per sviluppi ICT;
- Supportare la gestione di progetti di trasformazione digitale in ambito Finance, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità;
- Supportare la predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per aggiornare il top management sull'andamento delle progettualità;
- Collaborare ad ideare e sviluppare reportistica (sia in Power BI che Excel);
- Partecipare alla formazione e supporto degli utenti nell'adozione delle nuove soluzioni digitali;
- Monitorare le performance dei processi digitalizzati e proporre miglioramenti continui.
Requisiti
- Laurea magistrale, o titolo equivalente, in discipline economiche, STEM o Ingegneria Gestionale con votazione minima 105/110 o media 28/30, se in corso;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima padronanza dei principali applicativi informatici (principalmente pacchetto Office);
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti di visualizzazione dei dati come Power BI;
- Completano il profilo: Ottime capacità comunicative e di collaborazione con team interfunzionali, curiosità e intraprendenza, attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro per progetti, forte orientamento ai risultati, interesse e passione per la gestione di progetti di trasformazione digitale.
