La struttura ricerca un 
Food & Beverage Manager
 con comprovata esperienza nella gestione di reparti ristorativi complessi e nella direzione operativa di team multidisciplinari.

La figura coordinerà l'intero comparto F&B – ristorante, bar, colazioni, eventi, spiaggia e minibar – con l'obiettivo di garantire elevati standard qualitativi, ottimizzare i costi e sostenere la crescita del business attraverso un approccio organizzativo e orientato ai risultati.

Il ruolo prevede un equilibrio tra attività gestionale e presenza operativa sul campo, in stretta collaborazione con la Direzione e i Responsabili di Reparto.

Principali responsabilità

  • Coordinare e supervisionare tutti i reparti Food & Beverage, assicurando coerenza gestionale e qualità di servizio.
  • Monitorare costantemente costi, marginalità, consumi e performance operative.
  • Gestire ordini, fornitori e contratti in sinergia con la Direzione e l'Ufficio Amministrativo.
  • Analizzare i dati di vendita, predisporre report giornalieri e mensili, individuare aree di miglioramento.
  • Collaborare alla definizione di menù, listini e strategie di pricing.
  • Curare la formazione del personale e lo sviluppo delle competenze dei responsabili di reparto.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie e degli standard HACCP.
  • Partecipare alle riunioni strategiche con la Direzione per la pianificazione delle attività F&B.

Requisiti richiesto

  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Food & Beverage Manager o Assistant F&B Manager in strutture 4★ o superiori.
  • Solida competenza in gestione economica e controllo dei costi (food cost, beverage cost, payroll).
  • Capacità di leadership, pianificazione e gestione di team numerosi.
  • Ottime doti organizzative e relazionali.
  • Conoscenza operativa delle dinamiche di eventi, banqueting e ristorazione d'hotel.
  • Flessibilità oraria, presenza operativa e attenzione al dettaglio.
  • Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e software gestionali del settore.
