What will you do

We are looking for a
Destination Operations Expert
with strong organizational and

communication skills and a solid background in travel operations. The role is primarily

focused on
supplier coordination and operational execution
, ensuring seamless delivery of travel services.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

  • Manage and maintain accurate travel-related data within operational systems,

ensuring consistency and reliability

  • Coordinate and manage suppliers (drivers, guides, service providers), ensuring

services are confirmed, updated and delivered as planned

  • Proactively handle operational changes, delays, cancellations and emergencies,

coordinating timely solutions with suppliers

  • Negotiate and arrange adjustments or alternative services when required,

maintaining service quality standards

  • Manage extra services, special requests and restaurant reservations from an

operational and logistical perspective

  • Handle ticket purchasing and related operational logistics
  • Act as a key operational point of contact between internal teams and suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with Guest Experience and Reservations teams to ensure

smooth service delivery

  • Support and guide junior team members on operational processes and best

practices

  • Contribute to the optimization of operational workflows, systems usage and

supplier management processes

  • Actively participate in trainings and internal knowledge sharing to strengthen

operational excellence.

Who you are

  • BA or Master Degree in Tourism, with solid experience in travel operations
  • Strong knowledge of destination services, suppliers and logistics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player
  • Curious and eager to continuously improve knowledge of Access Italy and its

destinations

  • Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly comfortable with technology and operational systems, able to quickly

adapt to new tools
