Per strutturazione del nostro organico, siamo alla ricerca di un
Project Manager
che supporti le attività gestionali e organizzative della nostra struttura.

La posizione

Ricerchiamo un/una
Project Manager
con esperienza, capace di coordinare attività operative e commerciali

e di contribuire attivamente allo
sviluppo strategico
dell'azienda. La nuova risorsa avrà un ruolo centrale sia

nella gestione quotidiana sia nei processi decisionali a livello
direzionale
.

Responsabilità principali

  • Definizione, insieme alla Direzione Generale, delle strategie aziendali e supervisione della loro
  • corretta implementazione.
  • Interfaccia con le altre società del gruppo per garantire integrazione e sinergia nell'offerta dei
  • servizi.
  • Partecipazione ai meeting del board e contributo ai processi decisionali.
  • Definizione di target, KPI e sistemi di monitoraggio delle performance.
  • Gestione e coordinamento di formatori e risorse esterne coinvolte nei progetti.
  • Coordinamento delle attività operative e commerciali legate ai progetti formativi.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Project Manager, preferibilmente in contesti di servizi e con
  • coordinamento di team o risorse esterne.
  • Laurea in Economia, Management o discipline affini.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e relazionali.
  • Attitudine alla leadership, visione strategica e orientamento al risultato.
  • Capacità di lavorare trasversalmente con diverse funzioni aziendali.

Caratteristiche preferenziali

  • Buona conoscenza e dimestichezza con CRM, BI e PIM.
  • Precedente esperienza di posizione di responsabilità in azienda strutturata.
