Scope:
Garantisce, nell'ambito di procedure, metodi predefiniti e deleghe ricevute, la realizzazione dei piani operativi assegnati concentrandosi sulle linee e/o sugli impianti, sviluppando le competenze del proprio team e assicurando uno standard elevato di sicurezza, qualità e servizio.
In this role you will:
È presente nel turno di lavoro, durante il quale supervisiona le fasi più critiche del processo e supporta la risoluzione dei problemi. Inoltre, in allineamento con il responsabile di area, gestisce le persone nel proprio turno e lo guida assicurando l'aderenza agli standard di sicurezza, qualità e conformità.
Gestisce la performance e lo sviluppo del team assegnando i training necessari per garantire la compliance, monitorando l'avanzamento formativo, conducendo regolari check-in conversations, definendo piani di sviluppo individuali e piani di recupero in caso di performance non allineate alle aspettative. È anche coinvolto nel processo di selezione e onboarding dei nuovi assunti, assicurando un inserimento efficace e in linea con le esigenze operative.
Guida il team attraverso coaching, feedback e condivisione degli obiettivi. Promuove inoltre la motivazione del singolo e del team, il miglioramento continuo e l'attenzione al valore del proprio contributo per il paziente finale.
Rappresenta un modello di riferimento mettendo in pratica i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity e le politiche aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS).
Adotta il Leader Standard Work e ne garantisce l'aderenza assicurando l'implementazione e l'utilizzo da parte dei membri del team degli standard GPS opportuni.
Assicura che Risk Assessment, Risk Communication e Action Planning siano eseguiti in accordo con i principi del nostro Risk Management System (RMS) all'interno della business area di pertinenza. I rischi possono essere connessi a: Business, Business continuity, Safety, People, Wellbeing, Compliance, Quality, Costs.
Segue le regole della corretta escalation, conosce le proprie responsabilità e sa prendere le decisioni di propria competenza.
Partecipa, se richiesto, a ispezioni, audit e self inspection sulle macchine/linee
Identifica e risolve i problemi in tempo reale applicando il processo GSK di problem solving, coinvolgendo le persone della propria area e le funzioni aziendali di riferimento.

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Laurea in discipline scientifiche o ingegneria.
Esperienza in ruolo analogo, nella gestione della performance di personale in ambito produttivo farmaceutico.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
Conoscenze tecniche relative al processo di manufacturing
Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici
Italiano fluente, sia scritto che parlato.
Per questo ruolo, si richiede la disponibilità a operare su turni (6/14-14/ e 9-17 per produzioni che necessitano di turno allungato) e 7/7 con riposi compensativi.
