Your Mission:

The Junior Collection Merchandiser will support the Collection Merchandiser in the definition of the product offer and price targets of the collection, accordingly to the brand strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate in the definition of seasonal merchandising plan, both numerical and qualitative;
  • Work closely with the designers, the product development, the supply chain, marketing and commercial teams;
  • Work on all stages of pre-editing and editing of collection;
  • Support during the pricing activities;
  • Conduct analysis (sell-in, sell-out, stock, etc.) and prepare reports for the management in order to identify required actions based on data insights
  • Be constantly updated about competitors' product offer and strategy;
  • Contribute to the preparation of product training materials to support selling activities;
  • Follow up markets and areas' needs for the channels both direct, franchising and wholesale;

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • 2-3 years experience in Collection Merchandising
  • Strong analytical skills combined with an excellent understanding of the fashion dynamics
  • Passion for the fashion industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
