Role Description

We are seeking an I
nternational Partner / Associate
to join
ARTI SRL
, contributing to the company's strategic and business development.

This role is aimed at a
globally-minded professional
who can identify and build new international and domestic partnerships, helping ARTI expand its network, impact, and cultural mission in Europe.

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves strategic collaboration with internal teams and external partners to expand ARTI's business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Expand ARTI's network of
  clients, institutions, and cultural or creative organizations
  .
• Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities aligned with ARTI's values and services.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business documentation for global and local stakeholders.
• Contribute to the company's strategic planning and organizational development.
• Represent ARTI in national and
  international contexts
  (events, fairs, institutional meetings, EU projects).
• Promote ARTI's vision of bridging
  heritage, innovation, and sustainability
  on a global scale.

Education and Knowledge

• Culture, Heritage, Economic & Business
• Degree in Economics and Business Management
  , preferably with a focus on
  Cultural Economics
  ,
  Heritage Management
  , or
  Sustainable Innovation
  ,
• or
  an academic background in
  Cultural Heritage Studies
  or
  Management of Cultural Heritage
  , combining both economic and cultural expertise.
• Deep understanding of
  tangible and intangible cultural heritage (UNESCO)
  and of
  high craftsmanship
  as an expression of identity and a driver of sustainable growth.
• Ability to interpret and enhance processes of
  cultural transmission
  ,
  artisanal innovation
  , and
  territorial regeneration
  .
• Interest in the dialogue between
  tradition, creativity, and sustainability
  as a model for economic and social development.
• Significant international experience
  (study, work, or collaboration), with familiarity in multicultural contexts, European or global projects, and international business or cultural networks.

Business, Strategy & Organization

• Strong skills in
  business management, strategic planning, and organizational design
  .
• Ability to analyze markets, develop business models, and design sustainable growth plans.
• Experience (or strong interest) in
  strategic marketing, fundraising, and B2B/B2G relationship management
  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a global vision.

International Cooperation

• Familiarity with EU programs such as
  Creative Europe
  ,
  Horizon Europe
  ,
  Interreg
  , or
  Erasmus+
  is a plus.
• Excellent command of English;
• Awareness of the
  UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
