Junior Power Platform Developer 

Help us accelerate digital transformation at Danish Crown
Are you passionate about building smart business solutions and eager to grow your skills in a collaborative, international environment? 

Danish Crown is on a journey to digitalize processes using no-code/low-code tools — and we're looking for a Junior Developer to join our App & Automation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, contribute to real projects, and be mentored by experienced developers. You will be joining a team of Low-Code Power Platform developers and Business Process Automation developers.

Your Role
You'll help deliver and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. You'll work closely with developers and analysts to turn business needs into digital tools that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and configure apps, automations, and sites using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
  • Provide first-line support to users, including troubleshooting and "how-to" guidance
  • Document solutions and help maintain internal guidelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions
  • Explore new technologies — including how AI can enhance our platforms

What You'll Learn

  • Designing and maintaining solutions on Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Best practices for requirements gathering and documentation
  • Stakeholder communication in an international team
  • You'll be mentored by our Lead Developer in Randers and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow

What We're Looking For

  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 and at least one of: Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint (coursework, internship, or hobby projects welcome)
  • Interest in business processes and workflow automation
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Clear communication skills in Danish and English
  • Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or SharePoint
  • Scripting basics (PowerShell, JSON)
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working
  • Certification such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or willingness to pursue one
