Position Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated
Sales and Marketing specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a background in both sales and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in international markets;
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and partners;
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing promotional content and materials;
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategy;
  • Prepare regular sales reports and marketing presentations;
  • Rely with teams of other group companies;
  • Keep track of client's activities in detail within our CRM;
  • Create new business development opportunities;
  • Manage back-office activities as well as on-the-floor initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach;
  • Proven experience in the MICE segment (meeting, incentive, congress, event) preferably developed in international hotel chains, incentive and event agencies;
  • previous roles in sales and/or marketing within tourism and hospitality industry;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in social media, website and digital tools, as well as Microsoft office for marketing and sales presentations and reports;
  • Good skills in scouting new clients with lead qualification;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Availability to plan and travel for sales trips in Italy and abroad;
  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus);
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Milan.
