In ottica di crescita ed espansione continua, siamo alla ricerca di un
Sr Drilling Engineer
per un Cliente leader nel settore Drilling Offshore.

I candidati ideali saranno inseriti presso il team progettuale del Cliente situato nella provincia di Milano.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Sviluppo e gestione del KPI dashboard di Ingegneria di Perforazione, monitoraggio delle performance in tempo reale e analisi dei trend.
  • Revisione e validazione dei programmi di perforazione degli Operatori, assicurando la conformità alle best practice e agli standard normativi.
  • Supervisione e supporto dell'intero processo di well delivery: identificazione, valutazione, selezione, definizione, esecuzione e decommissioning.
  • Collaborazione con superintendent di perforazione, rig manager e team cross-funzionali per garantire un'esecuzione senza intoppi.
  • Integrazione di tecnologie avanzate e strumenti software nei flussi di lavoro quotidiani, con particolare attenzione all'automazione dei rig.
  • Mentoring di ingegneri junior e contributo allo sviluppo dei talenti all'interno dell'organizzazione.

Il profilo ideale deve avere le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Ingegneria Mineraria, Petrolifera o Meccanica).
  • Almeno 20 anni di esperienza come Planning and Operations Drilling Engineer.
  • Solida esperienza offshore su floaters/deepwater e jackup/shallow water.
  • Competenza comprovata in pozzi HPHT, progetti esplorativi e di sviluppo.
  • Esperienza con almeno 3–4 IOC/NOC in campi di livello mondiale.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (fluente) e italiano madrelingua.
  • Padronanza di Landmark EDM e altre piattaforme software di well engineering; ottime capacità analitiche e orientamento ai dati.
  • Eccellenti capacità di leadership, team building e gestione stakeholder; resilienza in contesti dinamici e ad alta pressione.
  • Esperto nell'uso del pacchetto MS Office.
