Partner with the best

As a team leader in the mechanical processing department of the Bari plant, you will be responsible for executing production activities in compliance with production routing, HSE, and quality.

You will be also responsible for:

• Assisting machine operators in processing activities related to Baker Hughes products
• Providing punctual timesheets
• Participating in continuous improvement activities through project proposals
• Following factory policies regarding work shifts, lunch breaks, and the use of PPE

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma in a technical subject
• Have a good experience as a milling operator or have a degree in mechanical engineering
• Have a good knowledge of technical drawings and the ability to interpret technical and procedural documents
• Report safety, quality, and routing issues to your supervisor
• Ability to work in a team

Desired Qualifications:

• Have a good knowledge of the machining tool kit
• Have a good knowledge of Baker Hughes products
