Assistant Project Manager
to support our Project Management team in handling
national and international projects
.

The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how to
manage
complex communication and digital
marketing projects

coordinating people

timelines

activities efficiently.


What You'll Do


•
Support Project Managers
in the
planning, organization, and monitoring
of ongoing projects, ensuring
deadlines
and
priorities
are always met.


•
Handle the collection and management
of
operational information
, preparing
reports, presentations,
and
project documentation
.


•
Participate in client meetings
and
internal team sessions
, taking
minutes
and ensuring clear
operational follow-up
.


•
Collaborate with creative, social, content, production, and development teams
, assisting in the
coordination of day-to-day activities
.


•
Support in the management
of
budgets, timelines, and resources
, ensuring
effective communication
between departments.


•
Oversee the logistical and documentation aspects
of
national and international projects
, making sure everything aligns with the
defined strategy
.


What We're Looking For


• Excellent command of
English (C1 level).


• Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite.


•
Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


•
Previous experience
in
project support roles
, preferably within
creative, digital, or communication agencies.


•
Strong problem-solving skills
,
attention to detail
, and a
team-oriented mindset.


• A genuine
interest in the digital, creative, and international environment.
