In this highly dynamic and professional environment,
HSPI
is looking for a
Junior Business Consultant
to join its
Healthcare division
, working with a dynamic team on strategic projects involving the digitization and technological evolution of healthcare institutions.

The activities will focus on the digital transformation of public administrations and regional healthcare institutions, both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participating in strategic and management consulting projects, functional to the redefinition of organisational and process assets useful to adequately support the transition to digital healthcare;
  • Participating in technology change and ICT Governance projects oriented to the digital transformation of processes and IT applications in the healthcare context.

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Good knowledge of English.

The profile is completed by good communication, planning, and task management skills. Good analytical and document drafting skills, proactivity, curiosity, and problem solving, with a great desire to learn and grow

Education
: Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, engineering or economic disciplines.
