FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

Our CSP & Marketing Team is embarking on an exciting journey as it is begin retailers preferred partner for sustainable category growth and have a real impact in people's life with our brands purpose. 

JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  The essence of this role is to develop a holistic view of the category and how our brands can lead category growth and pursue their purpose.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Developing category vision and action plan to lead the category growth (not only for U brands);
  • Achieving Unilever financial targets, with ownership of Profit & Loss management and forecasting;
  • Building an effective and holistic Below The Line activity plan;
  • Responsibility for sell out performances and market analysis;
  • Setting sales conditions and trade investment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy Planning or Marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Studies or Science. Master's degree would be a plus.

Skills

  • Open minded and curious.
  • Good knowledge of category and retailers dynamics.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Fluent English.
