About us
Italy My Way is a boutique DMC crafting one-of-a-kind, high-touch journeys across Italy for discerning travelers.
What you'll do
- Client Relationship Management:
Manage UHNW/HNW clientele and deliver exceptional, highly personalized travel experiences. - Bespoke Itinerary Design:
Create end-to-end, tailor-made itineraries across Italy aligned to client interests and style. - Supplier & Service Excellence:
Oversee hotel bookings, coordinate reservations, and manage supplier relationships to ensure five-star standards. - Communication Mastery:
Keep clients and partners informed with timely, professional communication via email and phone.
What you bring
- Proven experience in
luxury tourism
and high-end client service with a track record of sophisticated travel planning. - Deep knowledge of Italy's regions, hidden gems, immersive experiences, and
five-star
offerings. - Fluency in English
is essential (additional languages are a strong plus). - Strong organizational skills and proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(and common reservation/CRM tools).
