Wir suchen eine Persönliche Assistenz des CEO (f/m/d), die Überblick, Präzision und emotionale Intelligenz vereint, um Struktur, Klarheit und Tempo in die operativen Prioritäten des Unternehmens zu bringen.

Als Persönliche Assistenz des CEO übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle: Du verfolgst den Fortschritt strategischer Projekte, unterstützt die Optimierung interner Prozesse, koordinierst Verantwortlichkeiten und pflegst Beziehungen zu externen Stakeholdern. Du bist die organisatorische und operative rechte Hand des CEO und ermöglichst ihm, sich auf Entscheidungen mit hoher Wirkung zu konzentrieren – im Vertrauen darauf, dass alles Weitere in besten Händen ist.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Umsetzung strategischer Projekte und berichtest regelmäßig an den CEO.
  • Du koordinierst effizient Kalender, Korrespondenz und Geschäftsreisen des CEO und setzt klare Prioritäten.
  • Du unterstützt die Optimierung interner Prozesse und trägst zur Einführung von methodischer und organisatorischer Klarheit bei.
  • Du stehst im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit internen Ansprechpartner:innen, sammelst Informationen und stellst das Follow-up sicher.
  • Du erstellst präzise Dokumente, Präsentationen und Reports.
  • Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu externen Stakeholdern und förderst klare Kommunikation und Abstimmung.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschafts- oder managementnahen Bereich sowie mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer strukturierten Organisation als Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung oder in der Projektkoordination.
  • Exzellente Italienisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Absolute Diskretion und professioneller Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgaben mit Methode, Genauigkeit und Weitblick zu steuern.
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische, analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Proaktive, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in dynamischen Umfeldern.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Microsoft 365, ERP, BI, Projektmanagement-Software) und Interesse an KI-gestützten Lösungen.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Begeisterung für IT und deren Anwendung im organisatorischen Umfeld.
  • Interesse an klaren und effizienten Arbeitsabläufen sowie daran, Prozesse zu verstehen und zu verbessern.
  • Leidenschaft für Mode und die Schuhbranche sowie Verständnis für deren Dynamiken und Besonderheiten.
