Ostello Bello è alla ricerca di un/una Head of Bar da inserire all'interno della sede di Como con contratto full-time di 40 ore alla settimana dal 1° gennaio 2026.

Le principali responsabilità del/la candidato/a saranno:

  1. Accoglienza degli ospiti del bar secondo gli standard di Ostello Bello, con preparazione di cocktail, bevande e prodotti di caffetteria
  2. Gestione e formazione del team bar: pianificazione dei turni e delle ferie, definizione degli obiettivi di crescita professionale, in stretta collaborazione con il responsabile Food & Beverage
  3. Supervisione degli ordini, delle forniture e della gestione del magazzino, in coordinamento con il responsabile Food & Beverage
  4. Contributo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi della struttura, in sinergia con i responsabili Operations
  5. Collaborazione costante con il responsabile reception e con le altre figure manageriali per il coordinamento delle attività e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni
  6. Gestione economica e contabile di base del bar

Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  1. Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di responsabilità, preferibilmente nel settore dell'ospitalità (ostelli e/o hotel)
  2. Spiccata attitudine all'accoglienza: attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di coinvolgere e di creare connessioni
  3. Capacità di coordinare e motivare un team, con un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
  4. Energia, motivazione e passione per il mondo dell'ospitalità
  5. Empatia, ascolto attivo e ottime doti di problem solving
  6. Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue costituisce un vantaggio
  7. Buona dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici, in particolare con Excel per la gestione della reportistica
