Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee

We are looking for a Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Italy, Milan.

How you make the difference

This position is crucial for Bolton as it supports the effective execution of our marketing strategies, ensuring that our products are well-positioned in the market and that we remain competitive.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

  • Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in the day by day activities;
  • Assist the Product Managers in the development and in the adaptation of products packaging;
  • Support in monitoring the main competitors' activities with specific focus on new launches, promotions and advertising;
  • Support the Sales Team on trade presentations, new products launch materials, implementation of clients' promotional plans, product information and technical sheets;
  • Support the preparation of Sell-in and Sell-out data analysis and periodical reporting.

Your Team
You will report directly to our Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Education: Currently studying Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with specific focus on Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong teamworking ability, proactivity and curiosity.
  • Local language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
