We are now looking for a new
RSPP and EHS Specialist
to join our dynamic team in
Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy

The position, based in Castel Guelfo, acts as the RSPP (Responsabile Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione) for the Plant of Castel Guelfo (BO) and as EHS support for activities of the other Italian locations based on country needs, in order to have all related activities managed according to laws and local rules.

What kind of work will you be doing?

• Act as the RSPP (as for Italian Decree no.81/2008) for AC Power Organization.
• Cooperate at risks assessment and at recording and implementing
• Corrective/Preventive/Improvement Action Process and track the implementation status.
• Prepares EHS Procedures, Instructions.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
• Manage Safety Committee Meetings.
• Carry out EHS internal and suppliers' audits to verify the status of activities and fulfill rules and
• prescriptions.
• Handle Safety & Environmental Inspections.
• Run trainings about Safety and Environmental according to the law and internal needs.
• Make analysis of accidents and near-miss.
• Coordinate external contractors for Safety and Environment aspects preparing safety
• documentation needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at the control, monitoring and reporting of
• Safety and Environmental performances.
• Collaborate to lead organization to the improvement

What will make you successful?

• Diploma or University Degree in Safety/Environmental or other technical disciplines.
• Requirements needed by Italian legislation to cover the role of RSPP.
• 2-3 years' experience in similar positions.
• Good English Language skills.
• Knowledge of national laws concerning Safety & Environment, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, standards and statistical based analysis.
• It is appreciated attended the training course as Internal Auditor ISO45001 and ISO 14001 and the safety trainers course required by the Italian legislation.
