YOUR ROLE


  2. Cluster coordination
Filters and consolidates business reportsHelp preparing presentationsAlign office administration policiesInterface with finance managers and sales directorsInterface with HQ procurement on travel tools and reportsSales meetings and cluster seminars organization

  2. General services
Reception, switchboard, couriersMaintenance, office supplies managementMeeting rooms management

  2. Support to marketing
Support marketing dept on main events (SIRM, SERAM, etc)Back up of marketing assistantMain interface with SIRM and SERAM secretariats

  2. Back office tasks
Creates PR/POMonth end operationsLiaison with SSC in Prague for vendors managementInteface with HQ procurement

YOUR BACKGROUND

Experience in agenda management and accomodationMother tongue Italian. Very good level in English.Spanish knowledge is a plus
