We are looking for an impactful Business Consultant to reinforce the Southern Europe pre-sales team with a permanent contract.

In this role, you will work as a trusted business consultant alongside the commercial team, co-leading the engagement with enterprise and mid-market clients. You will play a key role in qualifying customer pain points, shaping tailored solution proposals, and demonstrating how our AI technology can directly support their business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine business acumen and technology expertise, influencing strategic deals and helping customers unlock measurable value through AI. The preferred location is great Milan area, while collaborating with team members distributed across other regions. Work-from-home arrangements, flexible schedules, or fully remote positions can be considered depending on the candidate's experience

This is a customer-oriented role that involves working closely with clients, including travel to customer sites for up to 50% of your time.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and position the value of our AI solutions
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and align them to technical capabilities
• Design, tailor, and deliver compelling solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with R&D, Product and Marketing teams to bring customer insights into our go-to-market
• Support RFP/RFI responses with clear, value-driven content
• Develop rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing and assist in designing workflows, helping customers visualize and quantify the business impact of AI solutions
• Represent the company at events, conferences and customer workshops in the region

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a pre-sales / solution consulting role, ideally in AI, SaaS, data (structured or unstructured), or enterprise software
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs. Experience working with AI solutions on both on-premises and cloud platforms along with familiarity with IDP, OCR, and RPA technologies to support business process automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Pharma, or Manufacturing
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Italian and English (Spanish a plus)
• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
