About The Role
Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment?
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Digital Marketing team for Gaggia brand, where you will have the opportunity to support the development and execution of digital strategies, content creation, social media management, and performance analysis. This internship is a great opportunity to enhance your marketing skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful projects that reach a global audience.

The Impact You'll Make
During the internship period, under the supervision of the Brand and Communication Marketing Manager, the intern will support the team in the following activities:

  • Assist the Gaggia marketing team in managing corporate and local communication, and support the Marketing Manager and Product Managers
  • Support the execution of marketing activation plans, portfolio management (Phase-In / Phase-Out), and market benchmarking
  • Help define, create, and implement communication tools to support the product or the brand
  • Contribute to the definition, creation, and implementation of digital strategies for corporate social media accounts in English
  • Conduct market and commercial analysis (sell-in / sell-out) and monitor digital and promotional KPIs
  • Manage relationships with key local and global stakeholders
  • Monitor Amazon, Coffee Italia, and other online retailers' performance in the Italian market – including analysis of Google data and Ratings & Reviews and respect project deadlines and assigned tasks

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to support marketing decisions
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Digital-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of the English language, and possibly a second language (e.g., German)
  • Teamwork attitude
