Join Our Dynamic Team as an Intern

Are you ready to make a difference? We're offering a
6-month internship
for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our Technology Service Line, within out SAP area as an Intern.

Location: Milan or Turin

What will you do?

• You will be engaged in conducting discovery activities, understanding client's business needs, carrying on process reengineering activities to IT system implementation (SAP S4 HANA solutions).
• You will learn how to understand business requirements and identify the best solution to achieve the expected outcome.
• You will interact not only with your team colleagues, but also with our BearingPoint international network of SAP experts, technology partners, suppliers and clients, always shadowing your internship's tutor and project team.

Whom are we looking for?

Are you a flexible individual, able to adapt quickly and strongly oriented toward achieving results?

Do you have a passion for Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Digital Transformation, and are you excited to support clients in reaching their goals?

• Educational Background:
  You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems Management or similar fields.
• Passion for Innovation:
  You're excited about new technology trends and always eager to learn and research.
• Passion for Operations:
  You are interested or have a base understanding of Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
• Problem Solver:
  You have a keen eye for problem-solving, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Bilingual:
  You can communicate effectively in both
  Italian and English
  (other European languages will be considered as a plus)
• Travel Ready:
  You're available for business travel both in Italy and abroad.
• Communication Skills:
  You possess effective and efficient communication and team-working skills, and you are highly self-motivated and proactive.
• Tech-Savvy:
  You are interested or have a base understanding of ERP and/or SAP systems (new S4 HANA Cloud and on-premise solutions).

It will be an advantage, if additionally, you have
:

• A specialization in Operations
• Knowledge of activities from process reengineering to IT system implementation Able to think outside the box, with structured reasoning and analytical skills.
